How does Tangerine Wigs differ from other hair suppliers?
The genesis of Tangerine wigs is due our personal frustration at paying $250 USD for seemingly glossy and beautiful “human hair” pieces, only for them to matt, tangle and lose its shine and “natural” colour within a month or two.
We found that the market supplied either still relatively expensive, cheap quality “human hair” wigs or wigs at exorbitant prices for the quality.
We were unsatisfied with Australian wig companies selling wigs for thousands of dollars, with a fraction of the density of US wig makers but double the price.
Our wigs often weigh around 300 grams and 350 grams depending on the length of the wig. This means our wigs are full, luxurious feeling and bouncy, but without giving that “wig” look.

You're based in Australia, can I order from overseas?
Absolutely!
Our hair products were inspired by the state of the global issues with poor quality hair so it only seems fitting we attempt to offer a global solution.
Although we may be on the other side of the world, we use DHL for all international shipments and offer free express worldwide shipping on all orders. If you order from the US, Canada, UK, European Union or NZ, you will most likely receive your hair incredibly quickly and within 3 to 5 business days from your hair being shipped, barring any uncontrollable unusual postal delays.

What is your shipping and return policy?
We offer free express shipping worldwide 🤍
All shipments are sent with signature on delivery for added security. However, once your package leaves our warehouse with DHL or Australia Post, we are not liable for any missing items. If your package is shown as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact the courier directly to investigate and resolve the issue.
We take great pride in the quality of our wigs, which is why all sales are final. Each wig is carefully inspected and customised before leaving our studio to ensure it meets our standards.
In the rare event you receive a defective item, we’re here to help. We’re happy to offer exchanges for any wigs that don’t meet our standards as long as they are unworn and unused. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Simply send us clear photos of the issue, and if approved, you’ll be able to return the item for an exchange of the same product.
