Definitions

  • “We”, “Us’ or “Our”: Refers to Tangerine Wigs

  • “You” or “Client”: Refers to customer or any individual accessing this website.

  • “Website”, “Site” or “Store”: Refers to www.tangerinewigs.com, www.tangerinewigs.com.au and our Stripe.com payment portal.

Use of Site

  • You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the website.

  • You must not misuse this site, including attempting to commit fraud, hacking or distributing malicious software.

Orders and Payments

  • All prices on our website are either in Australian Dollars (AUD), United States Dollars (USD), Great British Pounds (GBP) and European Euro (EUR). For Australian purchases, GST is included unless otherwise stated. Any order/s received with the usage of currencies outside of the listed accepted currencies will be cancelled with notification from Tangerine Wigs.

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received in AUD, USD, GBP or EUR.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product availability.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Pre-orders may have specific lead times, which are clearly stated on the product page.

  • Customised orders may have specific lead times, which will be clearly stated in writing prior to payment being received.

  • Shipping costs and areas serviced are displayed at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, natural events, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

  • We are not responsible for missing or missed deliveries and any queries from the customer should be directed to our shipping carriers.

Contact by you shall be accepted via emailing info@tangerinewigs.com. Any enquiries outside of this, will not be accepted.

Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds. In the rare instance that the product leaves our premises deformed or damaged, we can offer an exchange for the same product with seven (7) days notice from delivery with picture and video evidence sent to info@tangerinewigs.com.

  • All returned items must be unworn, unused and in it’s original packaging with the original tags attached.

  • The customer bears responsibility for shipment fees for any accepted product exchanges unless otherwise specified from us.

  • Any replacements will be provided at our discretion after review of complaint.

  • We are not responsible for any damage caused during the shipping process with third party shipment companies.

Discounts, Sales and Coupon Codes

  • Discounts and coupon codes are eligible for usage on any full priced product, unless stated other wise.

  • Discounts, promo codes, and coupons may be valid for a limited time only and may be subject to change without notice.

  • Only one discount, coupon, or promotional offer can be used per transaction.

  • Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or coupons.

  • Coupons must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.

  • Offers are non-transferable and have no cash value.

  • Any product orders that breach the above will be cancelled

Cancellations

  • Pre-ordered product orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been received.

  • Custom made product orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been received.

  • Ready-to-ship product orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been received

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tangerine Wigs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from you use of our website, product, or services.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.

Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued us of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
